Grazie Andrea, ma ho risolto semplicemente cancellando la funzione di wp-navi dal file functions.php Reinstallando il plugin magicamente funziona! grazie lo stesso, per il resto ho seguito tutti i tuoi consigli!

Google changed GWT a bit; to add a Sitemap, simply click on “Sitemap”, than write its url on the text field over the sitemap table
